Meet Dr. Dunya Carina Berg

Dr. Dunya Carina Berg supports people living with chronic pain, back pain, IBS, allergies, chronic fatigue, anxiety, stress-related symptoms, nervous system dysregulation, and other persistent symptoms that can leave people feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, and unsafe in their own body.

 

Her work brings together neuroscience-informed pain recovery, psychosomatic understanding, subconscious mind work, autogenic training, and faith-based spiritual resolution.

 

Rooted in compassion, lived experience, and a deep respect for the connection between body, mind, emotions, and soul, she helps people explore what their symptoms may be expressing — gently, safely, and at their own pace.

Why This Work Is Personal to Me

My passion for this work is deeply personal. For many years, I lived with chronic health challenges, sensitivities, nervous system overwhelm, and the feeling that my body was constantly reacting as if the world around me was not safe.

 

What changed everything for me was understanding the brain-body connection, neuroplasticity, and the way the nervous system can learn to interpret safe signals as dangerous. This understanding changed the way I related to my own body — and it became the foundation of the work I now share with others.

 

I know how frightening it can feel when symptoms seem unpredictable, when the body reacts strongly, and when you do not feel understood. This is why I work with so much compassion, patience, and respect for each person’s healing journey.

 

My aim is not to force the body to change, but to help the brain and nervous system feel safer again — so that healing, trust, and inner peace can gradually become possible.
